Grillslinger safety
Although the belt is made from fire-retardant material, it is NOT fire-proof. Exercise extreme care around the barbecue area. Never use fire accelerants not specifically designed for lighting a barbecue.
We have purpose-designed the plastic inserts for Grillslinger implements, particularly the unique Grillslinger knife. Other knives and implements may not fit as snugly and securely within the plastic inserts. They may also damage the inserts. We are not responsible for damage to the inserts, or injury, resulting from the use of knives and implements that we did not supply with the Grillslinger.
Make sure that all implements are kept clean. Harmful bacteria can grow in the polypropylene inserts if you do not clean them after each use in accordance with the cleaning instructions.
Observe safe barbecue procedures:
- Look out for children. Keep them away from the barbecue area.
- Make sure your Grillslinger is fastened securely to your waist and safely out of reach of children.
- Do not use your barbecue if you are intoxicated.
- Wear stable shoes with good traction.
- Do not leave the Grillslinger lying unattended. Keep it out of reach of children.
- Remember: You are working around an open flame with sharp objects. Look out for your personal safety as well as the safety of those around you.
